Question:I am doing a moving sales online, but don't know how to describe this thing. It have opening on top and bottom.

It is similar to a Hurricane globe. They are probably for use with a candle holder.
These are for votive candles. You put the candle in a small holder, usually plain clear glass the size of the candle. Then you just set this on top of it. There is a hole on top for the heat to escape and to let air in. That's it.
