My sweet husband just painted our den;he got paint specks on our furniture! Plz Help!!?
Question:I'm trying to get specks off our leather sofa, wood end tables, tv screen, black oak cabinets.I love my husband but I'm about to kill him right now.what can I do to get it off. Nothing seems to work...ie magic eraser, wet towel, dry towel. Even picking it off (which would take 10 yrs) is damaging. Any suggestions? Does that Goof Off really work and where can u buy it if it does?

If you get the "Goof Off" be careful with it. Test it before using. My husband has done the same. My leather sofa's have been through a lot. I tried a scrub brush with soap and water when paint got on ours. It came off but after it dried I peeled it. On furniture I used scrub brushes with soap and water and did it every day. I tried "goof off" and I ruined a table. And when you use it, use it in a ventilated place. It smells and the smell lingers. Just be careful when using "goof off".
First of all, do not get on his case. He knows he messed up, so do not unload on him. No need to belittle him. Go and get some "GOOF" stain remover from your hardware store. This works wonders on just about anything.
it really depends on the base of the paint is it oil?
