Oil primer, interior paint on hot sunporch, paint "melt" what now?

Question:

Answers:
you need to strip off the interior paint and repaint with an oil based paint.

you can not put latex on top of enamel. scrape off the interior paint and repaint with oil base.
Interior paint is for inside, exterior paint is for outside. First of all...was there anything on the porch before you primed it with oil paint? Oil paint/primer can only go over other oil paint. Latex paint can be painted over anything. Just make sure whatever you get is latex and exterior and you should be fine. But you will probably have to scrape the primer and paint up and sand any areas that were peeling. Good Luck.
