Wallpapering-ish Idea: pasting drawing on wall.?
Question:I want to decorate my bathroom with these drawings (clip art) that I can print from my computer. My idea: paste the pictures on a newly painted wall. My question(s): how do I do this? What kind of paint (of course high gloss, right?)? What kind of paper do I use (I was thinking resume cotton paper)? How should I paste it, or with what? And should I put some kind of protectant (shellac?) all over the wall when I am done pasting the drawings?
This sound unusual, but that is why I am here.

Good answers, but don't seal them., They will be impossible to remove later on. And don't use flat paint. You won't be able to wash it. Use satin or egg shell.
I would do the pictures in a heavy paper. I wouldn't use a high gloss paint as it will be harder for the glue to stick to it. I'd use a semi-gloss or eggshell finish. I'd use wallpaper glue and yes, seal it with a varnish. Seal the papers before you apply them to the wall. Good luck
I would use flat paint. I tried semi-gloss and the glue wouldn't stick uniformly. I, too, would use wallpaper paste, but I don't think paper weight matters much. I have seen a wall done with pieces of torn tissue paper and it was stunning.
