My living room walls are dark brown, can I saw these three pictures that would look cool, would they go?
Question:It's a set of three black n white pictures of like architecture of the big ben, eiffel tower and arc de triumphe, would it look weird with the brown?
Answers:
The pictures would look awesome! Black and brown go great together; even though most people would not think so. I have dark tan walls and mostly black and brown accents. Looks very modern! Love black and white pictures. Go with it!
They would look great, before I even read the rest of the question i thought only black and white pictures would look good, then you said that. So Yeah I think they would look great.
it shouldnt look weirs, you just need to keep up with the black and white theme all around the room, and maybe even look for things that are brown and white and black all in one, like candles that have coffee beans and vanilla in them, or if you think it still looks weird paint the frames of the pics brown to match the room, or a lighter shade of your brown walls like a tan, but you also need other things in the room that are black and white like pillows or a throw or rugs. also use light shades of your brown to bring it all together
yes it would look wierd because its black n white. but the architectural selection is good as architecture goes with the earth colour brown.
what u can do is get these bl n wh picture mounted on a natural handmade paper may be light brown in colour. let the paper be seen on the sides of the pic to about 4 to 6 inch depending on the size of living room . then let a smart wooden frame run around it. choose the frame colour preffrebly brown but u can also try black.
keep n see! afterall only the doctor in the operation theater knows whats the best for the patient,....
u said the wall is dark brown ,that means i assume u hv a big living rm as darker tones r taken only when the space is huge. so keep in mind the size of the frames also n also the placement as to which side of the living rm wall u plan to put them
