Sure, just look at schrock and merilatt, all they do is make cabinets. But they are two of the largest manufactures. I would think that in a small setting, I would expect the local guy who made them would also install them, but I could be wrong.

Since home improvement warehouses not only sell cabinets, but sell their installation it can be a competition. Perhaps you could research who those companies buy their products from and try to sell to them. Or perhaps you could sub-contract the installation of the cabinets you sell. Just a thought.
I work for a company that is just a manufacturer of Cabinet and doesn't install. We are doing great. We do have dealers and contractors who sell our cabinets and they work with the installers. A good install package will help contractors and installer with figuring out how it all goes together.
