Cost for inground pool in West Virginia?

Question:How much would it cost for an in-ground pool in West Virginia?

I'd like it to be approximately 15 ft X 25 ft.

I'm not familiar with the materials. Just some good basic materials. Preferably the tile maybe? Good filtration system, and such. Doesn't have to be the best, just a nice good system.

Also I would like it to be approximately 8-9 feet deep in on one side.

not sure for West Virginia but in oregon a basic pool is 16x32 and 8 feet deep runs around 27,000
