Has anyone ever had a building/pluming job done that was done by cowboys?


Question:I had building work done and have recently been informed that the job is a mess and its going to cost me thosands to get repairerd. Has anyone experienced this, what did you do.? Cheers

Good morning Jasmine I would suggest that you contact the people that helped you in the beginning and just tell them what you are experiencing and mayby they will help you at no cost especially if they thought their name was going to get a bad reputation
First get a second opinion on the work. The person telling you that you need to repair everything may just be trying to scam you.

If it turns out that you do need thousands of dollars worth of repairs then try to get the original company to fix their mistake. If they won't then you should have a legal case to make them pay for the repairs.

If the company is no longer in buisness or if it was just someone you know doing the work for you, then you will be stuck with the bill.

Out of curiosity, what is the problem with it?
