Replacing the carpet is quite easy. You can get a carpet from a scrap yard or dealer. Its just a few screws. The carpets moulded so it will go in fairly easy.
Not knowing the age and model of the car makes any estimate diffucult. If you are looking for something custom, than an Upholstrey shop can do it, but it will be pricey.
If you are looking for factory, or something very close, J C Whitney or another aftermarket auto parts supply can help. Installing is really quite simple, it just takes some tools and, most of all, time.
Make sure that if you do it yourself, that you reinstall the seat bolts and the seat belt bolts with some locktight.
