Need help for my room please help me with some ideas?
Question:I can not paint my room or change the rug but im all about creativity im 14 and a rocker on a budget what can i do to make it my flavor

Make a patchwork throw to go over your bed in colours of your choice. Make a cloth lampshade in colours of your choice- you could recover an old one but have the bottom hanging down. Get some large sheets of paper or a roll of plain wallpaper and you and some arty mates pint a mural on it then pin it on your largest wall. Get some posters for the other walls. If you ever see anyone changing the posters at bus stops ask if you can have some old ones.
Make a rag rug. Cut strips of cloth in the colours you have chosen, use a rug hook to knot them onto canvas.
Suggest material for rug, lampshade and throw comes from jumblesales to keep costs down.
Try looking on Art.com click on the rock posters and 1000's of cool rock posters will show up. I don't know what color your room is but if it is white, there are some awesome black and white posters on there too. Also, to make it look nicer you can frame them but don't have art .com do it (they are way too expensive and I'm sure you are on a budget) go to Meijers or target or anywhere they sell poster frames and you can get them really reasonable there and do it yourself. Get the black frames not the ones with gold or silver (too cheap looking) you can do alot to change the appearance of the room with artwork. Then you could do like a black bedspread with a white design in it of some kind. Of course this depends on the color of your rug which you didn't say. If you edit the question and tell us the color of the carpet and walls I can give you more ideas.
