Which False ceiling do u recommend for bath room and for kitchen?

By false ceiling do you mean drop ceiling or acoustical?

Both of those rooms have moisture issues.

Be sure to use the aluminum grid, it is painted white, but it will resist rust. Also choose a tile that has a clima plus rating. If you go with a cheap tile it will warp within months.

I highly recommend something washable for the kitchen. It is a requirement in commercial applications. There is a vinyl coated drywall tile that comes in 2x2 or 2x4 tiles.
