How much does a concrete patio cost 10 by 10?

Question:

Answers:
They normally charge by the square foot for concrete. Last year in our area it was running at 9.50 - 10.00/sq ft. so you are looking at around $1000 +/- . Plus any prep costs.

you are looking at about 1 yard of concrete. so it would be the cost of preparation and forming plus the concrete and labor if you have someone do it.
Depending on where you live, you will probably have to have a set of plans drawn up showing how the new patio will tie into the existing house, show correct post and beam sizing and roof load. Not a hard task but you may need a draftsman. I do not recommend an architect for this small of a project. I draw plans for small projects all the time. I would like to help you out if possible.
9-10.00 sounds about right but for that kind of money it better include prep and cleanup...
