Decorating help?
Question:my first thought for my room was to have the theme as "paris at night" but then i remembered that my room had light pink walls so that wasn't possible. so what do you think my room's theme should be "paris and _______ "
just so you know, i have a small bedroom and alot of things in my room like my bed's headbourd, desk, drawers, bookcase are wooden. also i have a regular closet, not a walk in. just give me some possibilities thanks!

how about "Paris in springtime?" The light pink conveys the freshness of new spring flowers to me.
I would use lots of toile in blue, black or gray and fresh or silk flowers, as in this photo:

Paint the ceiling Dark Blue, and stencil some gold stars!
Is painting the room not an option? Painting really is not that hard. My suggestion if you do paint is to pay a little more for a better brand of paint so that one coat of paint covers the walls.
This way you can still use your theme and it will look better with a nice fresh coat of paint.
Oh, let's see, how about Paris in Spring! Well, anyway, what I think of as being a French combination of colors would be pink, green and white. It's a beautiful combination, and you already have the pink. Mix fabrics like pink and white checks and floral patterns with all three colors. It's classic, so you should find it easy to work with.
