The Yoga Journal. You can study the roots of yoga. In ancient times yoga was often referred to as a tree, a living entity with roots, a trunk, branches, blossoms, and fruit. According to the yogis, hatha yoga is one of six distinct branches.

There are too many to describe. Pick up a book or take a class to incorporate into your daily lifestyle at home. You could also pick up a DVD.

Yoga is a journey of breathing and meditation. It is all about mastering the journey. There are many types of poses. Breathing is essential to movement. There are standing breath movements and guidelines for practice. There are supine poses, prone poses, standing poses and seated poses.
Last, meditation.

This is a journey to be mastered and very difficult to answer.

Some time early in the morning they have yoga on TV . Just surf the channels until you find it that is free exercise. I don't remember what channel it is on.
