What type of sandpaper do I use for a house?

Question:I need to sand down my house and repaint it so what type of grid would I use and how much do I need to buy? 1200 sq foot home

buy a palm sander and some 120 grit sandpaper and use that on the rough spots ...it beats sanding them by hand...painting contractor

medium grid and a whole lot of it, you have a lot of work ahead of you, i would just pressure wash it to knock off any loose paint or debris then repaint it.
