COLORS for my ROOM?
Question:My walls are light(i think really light) with white swirls mixed in.
Bed- a kind of dark blue with bright green and shades of light blue ...
then i have white furnatire. I want more color!
I don't want to re-paint or get a new bed I like my bed and i want my parents to do what they want(making them happy) but they did say i can add stuff like color.
My room is tropical theam.
I want it to be sort of girly too.
Would a nice Orange and Pink and Yellowmatch?idk bout purple though?
I think adding Orange (pillows e.ct.) and pink will look find because sunsets have thoses colors and then the blue water and HELP!? I NEED MORE THEN 3 COLORS(white-blue-green)

Since your room has a tropical theme you shouldnt pull to far away from that, but I'm sure you dont want it to look like a gift shop in Florida so here's what I think you should do. Hang a couple pictures or drawings (anything you want) in really bold colored frames like red, then you can match an item in your room to that color (pillows, rugs, charms, etc). Maybe you can get a real funky lamp that can brighten up the place. You can get a coat prop and put it up in a place that is visible and hang some of your bright colored clothes on it. A bit of gold can make a place like that pop, just try to find something with a little shiny gold in it, maybe light curtain with gold threading. really just put whatever you like, despite the "rules". :)
use what you think is the best. i like darker things better then light girly things. so just do what you think looks good.

i really like hand made papers they come in all earthy colors.and looks quiet pleasant too
i personally like colors like turquiouse, beige, maroon, light purple, yes orange is the color of the season.you can team it up with shades of brown and red..it would give a sunny red appearance to your rooml..
walls painted with a darker shade of the base on the borders of the wall look awesome and creative..

Easy task for you. Get some crate paper of your school colors and make a mural of them. Everybody have artistic talent waiting to come out. Start with 1 piece in the center of the wall and just start adding new pieces overlapping each other. Each piece does not have to be square to the last one you have already put up. Try it on the floor before you try it on the wall. After you have made your paper mural, add some of your favorite pictures of family or friends. Good luck
