Want some wardrobes, is it better to get them fitted from professional or buy from ikea and do it my self?
Question:Hello friends i have recently bought a new built home. i need wardrobes as the builder didnt supply me with them. i want nice fitted ward robes. but as u know the cost is tooooo much. i have seen some nice ward robes in ikea but i need to fit them my self. does any of u guys faced similar problem? should i shed money in getting the professionals to doit or should i shop around my self and fix the robes my self to save some money? if i have to do it my self can u please suggest some good shops where i can but them apart from ikea. many thanks.

You could ask a local carpenter to build some.
Ikea have some pretty good ones, I dont know of any other cheaper shops. However, all the sales are about to start so you could find some bargains in the more expensive stores.
I was alarmed at the cost of fitted wardrobes from places like Sharps so i got a carpenter in, the cost is so much less and the job is so much better because they adapt to fit the room so yo can have just as much or as little hanging space, drawers, shelves etc as you want.
If you are a bit strapped for cash the best thing to do would be to shop around the stores like B&Q, Focus, MFI etc and have a go at doing your own it's not too difficult if you follow the instructions
for assembly, you will save a shedload of money . You can always upgrade them later.
