Where can i find CHEAP decorative throw pillows?
Question:under $10? I dont wanna be spending so much on them, i cant believe the prices!
Answers:
Make them yourself. Take a piece of cloth, sew it in a square, put cotton in it, make the flap at the back. Put any decorative things on it. I do them myself and the price turns up to be $6-$7.
Here are some websites on how to make them.

thrift stores... Big lots... Walmart
Do you have a Kirkland's near you? They have great prices. I got two silk pillows for $4.99 each - they would have been $15 - $20 in any other store.
Ross stores have them pretty and cheap!
Value City, Burlington, Domestications.com, maybe Overstock.com too.
Try K-mart or Walmart

if you have a Ikea near by ..thats the Place to go for cheap Pillows ..
You have already received some excellent answers. Other sources I can think of are dollar stores, such as Family Dollar and Dollar General where some items are more than a dollar. Prices on such items are usually pretty reasonable.
I've seen some decent pillows at Goodwill and Salvation Army, and at our local Salvation Army, everything is half price on Wednesday. You might check to see if your local thrift stores have special sales.
t.j.maxx..big lots...walmart...I think I saw some at dollar general too!
You can make cute pillows using bandanas! They are precut, so all you have to do is sew them together, leaving a hole large enough to fill with polyfill, then sew up the hole. You could sew ribbon or rick-rack to the edges.
check church thrift shops. They have all kinds of useful things & most of them wash everything before its sold
