Any suggestions as to how i should use a $150 gift card at target for these items?

You can either spend it all on patio furniture or leave out the patio furniture. It's too expensive at Target to get along with other things, unless you don't care about getting a matching set. You could get a table or possibly a pair of chairs. As far as a wedding gift, if they have a registry at Target, that would be a good place to check. Two bathroom mats (are you talking about rugs or tub mats?) will probably cost around $20, depending on size and such. Shower hooks are about $10, some are cheaper on sale, some are more expensive, but they have a lot for right around $10. So you'd basically have around $100 (allowing for tax) to split between a wedding gift and/or patio furniture. And how much to spend on a wedding gift is up to you - if you don't know the couple well at all, you might spend $25, if they're good friends, spend $50-$100. Good luck!
First, buy what you need or if you have an family buy for them too.
I know if it was me. I would go for the patio furniture, because I spend my mornings, reading my paper and having my coffee outside, so why shouldn't I have a nice place to sit and enjoy.
If you have to use the money for all of these items, Then buy a Decorative picture frame for the wedding gift, Get a pack of shower rings, and see if you can find bathroom mats to match them, and then buy a couple of folding chairs for the patio.
I think you spent your gift card on the patio furniture and bath items. Target has a wedding gift registry, so check it for your friend/family member to see what they have listed that they want. A nice set of bath towels can cost you $50 or more. You may want to rethink buying patio furniture at Target as they have great stuff, but it is pricey. You can get more for less at Walmart or one of the drug or grocery stores. Most of the patio stuff we are buying now comes out of China and is the same everywhere. I saw some fancy shower curtain rings at Target that sold for $25. Just the rings, no curtain. Ouch!
