Best toilet?

Question:Looking to replace existing low flow toilets. Would love some recomendations.

Answers:
I recently installed dual flush toilets in the house I am building, 0.9 gal liquid flush and 1.6 gal solid flush. The flush well, and stay as clean as any other and save water too. Expect to pay about $250 special order at Home Depot.

I read somewhere that the American Standard toilets were very good.
Some things to look at when purchasing a toilet: Discharge hole. They vary from 1-1/2 to 2-3/8 inches. Larger IS better. Make sure the trap is fully glazed. Unglazed traps cause "drag" on solids and prevent proper flushing. If you are looking at a toilet that advertises "Will flush 16 golf balls", you need a Doctor, not a Plumber. A $100 American Standard Cadet works just fine.
Kohler makes several models of toilets that feature the "Class 5" Flushing system
AMerican Standard's best flushing system is the Champion 4 models.
