Suggestions for painting interior wood sliding door?
Question:I have a set of sliding glass doors with unfinished wood interior. The exterior is white vinyl. I need to paint the interior with a white semi-gloss to match the white trim inside the house. I have removed almost all the weather-stripping pieces and am about to wipe the wood down to make sure it is dust free, then will tape off what I don't want to get paint on, but does anyone know which parts get painted first, or are there any tricks or suggestions for the easiest way to do this. I've got about 6 hours before it's going to be dark and need to finish today. Getting out the strips was hard enough and I wanted to make sure I am well-prepared before I get painting. Any help??

First paint over the paneling with Kilns (oil base) then you can top coat it with about any product.Let it completely dry..at least 30 hours... Use a heavy nap rollor to get in the paneling seams {1/2 inch at least}
