What is the coolest floor plan you can think of for a new mexican resturant?(?
Question:With a kitchen and bathroom(S) and it has to have 4 green tables to sit 6 ppl 4 yellow tables to sit 4 ppl and 3 red tables to sit 1 or 2 ppl this is optinal to have a arcade romanitic area and family area ect. plus food bars and ect. thx

First of all do you mean New Mexico or a brand new Mexican restaurant? Well, either way...if you're serving the typical New Mexican cuisine...red & green chile, enchiladas, huevos, smothered burritos or if your doing trendy Mexican food...I would do an open "show kitchen". where the guests can see the flames of all the yummy grilled meats, chicken and fish...and they can see your chefs preparing their food...seating area with lots of plants, light, colorful decor... Okay i can't give you anymore of my secrets!
The idea of the mismatched -multiple coloured tables will project a rather tacky atmosphere-I advise against it. I have been in a Mexican Restaurant that was decorated like that and although the food was excellent -I never went back and even considered not dining there-it was uncomfortable.

i would use a plan for each area centered around the aztec calender,alot of people are not familar with it .great conversation starter
