Is there a way to cover decorative border tiles instead of replacing?
Question:The tiles are a flat design that look like they were stamped and then fired.

you can get paint for tiles, other than that you could tile over them
Yes they can be painted or glazed, sponged etc..
Yes,you can paint them with Melamine paint,not just regular paint.Melamine will last for years.
Any good paint store etc. will carry it.
I personally am not a fan of painting tile... you can always get tile stickers its just a matter of covering one border with another but its probably faster and cheaper then paint... you can always try window film as well but I dont know that it would have the same effect...
