Yes you can put it in the kitchen it will be fine...
i have never heard anything like that... i'm sure it would be fine
I have had a computer in the kitchen, it does not harm the computer in anyway, but I have found that it takes some space that can be utilized with kitchen items. See what works for you.
I would worry about spills on the keyboard, maybe a plastic cover?
You can use a laptop anywhere.
We have a computer in our kitchen. Ours is a Viewsonic flat screen that is attached by a bracket. The monitor is very smal and designed for the kitchen by Apple. It takes up minimum space as everything is mounted to the side of the cabinet, and the screen swings out when we use it. The key board is plastic protected.
Better you put your television. Computer is not for dinner!
Yes, you can. I have had a number of computers, both desk top and portable, in my kitchen. I had no trouble. You should have no trouble.
Exhaust fans, with charcoal filters, are the answer to bad air. Be certain that your exhaust fans blow the air to the outside of your house. Turn them on when you cook or use your toaster.
No, I had mine old desk top sitting on desk in breakfast nook just one cabinet away from stove for years with no damage. Laptops mean it is not tied to any area.
Probably depends on just how bad of a cook you are. Only kidding, my computer is 6 feet from stove and never had any problem
