Do you hang your toilet paper over or under?
Question:That is so that the end hangs over the roll or comes from under the roll.

Over...some paper's have a design on them - if you roll it over you can see the design better - if under you can't..so it seems to make perfect sense that its meant to be rolled over for all kinds, not just the designed kind.

it doesn't really madder, but i guess if u are really praticular then u could do it over, it's easier to rip.

OVER! It's the only way to put it on the roll! Now if I could only teach my husband and kids that.oh wait.I guess I have to first teach them to put it on the toilet paper roller. AUGGGGHHHH!!
i've wondered the same thing lately. because my girlfriend always does under...I think other is better. It seems more natural over to me...

If you are trying to conserve paper under is the way to go. For easy usage over works best, but again you will use more paper!
Under always to my husband and kids it just sits on the back of the toliet.
