ikea do some great all in one kitchen units that are ideal for a tiny space. they have a cooker sink and fridge all built in. they also have a range called varde which is all free standing and have integrated appliances, and are very reasonably priced.see the links for some ideas.

The only advice is to remodel the kitchen but you have to check first and get some advice from your council
Very tricky..We had a small kitchen, I would suggest a combined washer/drier...a half size dishwasher. a side by side fridge freezer rather than an upright one...still leave room for oven/hob..Our Kitchen was 10' x 6' and we managed.
you can get some integration - microwave/convection oven/toaster/broiler. Cuisinart has one. Amazon is selling it

You might think of a drawer dishwasher, rather than regular size.

Cook top flat, is better as it can have dual use as a counter (be careful - glass ones are fragile).
