I have been painting my walls and I can see the spackle spots?

Question:that were done first and sanded down. What happened? And how do I fix this.

Answers:
You need to use a primer coat first and then paint your chosen color over that.

Home & Garden home impovement sites recommend that you use a very good primer before painting to cover spackel, spots, dirt, etc. Did you use a primer first & if you did, I'd go and complain to the store where you bought it because it's supposed to prevent spackle spots showing!
You should have perhaps primed the walls first.
Also if your paint is wet it will show those spots until it dries. You may need two coats of paint if you did not prime.
As you do not say what kind of paint you are using it is a little harder to explain how to fix it. Good luck.
