Rearranging my closet?
Question:So basically, I totally cleaned out my closet. Now heres the question. I want my closet to look so organized, with shoes, droors, hanging clothes. You know those really cool closets you see on TV that you just die for? Well I want to do that. Any ideas or tips I should do with my closet? I would so appreciate this. Thanks.

Hang like things together, in color groupings, light to dark.
Like shirts--sleeveless, light to dark, short sleeved, long sleeved, etc. Then jackets. Never hang a sweater; they "grow." Go to the closet section of a store like Walmart, or Target, and see what they have. You need to measure the inside of your closet, and see how much room you have.
They usually advise putting shoes in clear boxes that you can stack, but I like a shelf myself. I have a small book shelf that
you screw together--comes in a box from target--my husband
added some extra boards, and it fits nicely in the closet.
I hang shirts over it. I like my pants hanging long, so I use hangers with clips. I have Huggable Hangers from HSN--Joy Mangano makes them. I think Bed, Bath and Beyond have something similar. Joy Mangano has other closet storage ideas on HSN.com. Check out Mission Organization

I guess you've thrown out all old or unworn clothes. That's the first step.
If you look around the stores there's heaps of storage solutions.
. Like shoe racks that go into the closet.
. Then there's stacking storage bins for odds & ends or anything. Get the see through ones for easy access of what's in them.
. Multiiple clothes hangers for skirts/trousers/scarves that hold 3 to 4 of each on the one hanger saving space.
. Put some hooks into the back of the door.
Or you could make your own storage using old shoe boxes etc & decorate them yourself. Mark them with what's inside.
