Where can i find a nice picture fram?
Question:I need to pick up a picture frame that is sterling silver or some other nice material. I want to put a black and white picture in it and give it to my father for fathers day. My budget for a frame is 40 dollars, so I will not be making a trip to Tifanny anytime soon.

Michaels craft stores have great frames- theay actually have a Framing dept! who knew? Anyway, other than that, Dollar General and Family Dollar have some surprisingly nice frames for a dollar store.
Also you can try Wal mart, Target, Bed Bath and Beyond or sometimes places in the mall have nice frames.

what size? look in linen's & things, jcpenny, etc. go to Tj maxx, etc.
