Has anyone have instructions for a berlin -uhr clock?

Question:it has no face or hands,but has 4 rows of flashing lights.2 top rows are red and in 4 segments, then a row of orange in 11 segments,and a row of orange in 4 segments

NO sorry have you tried google I did for an old radio you just type in the name and then click send and see what comes back .its worth a try. good hunting
