HELP! I need hardware for roman shades to hang on..?

Question:My original roman shades were from the JC Penney on line site. They are great, e\xcept they are held onto the hanger for the wall with a tiny piece of plastic. Well, of COURSE that piece broke and I need a new hanger/piece. I call JC Penney and they act like I am speaking Chinese. Any on line sites someone knows? Thanks!
