Futon Cover Material which is Best?
Question:Chenille or Microfiber as far as quality... the microfiber is more as far as cost does this mean it is better? The chenille i would have to dry clean. My main concern is i want a material that is not going to colllect cat hair...okay well they are ALL going to collect cat hair, but i want one that is not going to SHOW it so much and i can dig at it you know... i want a "tough" material at a reasonable price. Right now i am looking at 'The Futon Shop' on line.

hmmm, i jumped on the web site but it's hard to tell just from the pics which would be better. Can you email them and ask maybe? Otherwise i know that just normal futon covers are reasonably easy to get hair n stuff off so i think that'd be the micro fibre. You could always get a funky blanket (i use a mink blanket with a pic on it that i like) to cover my couch. sorry i can't really help much lol Good Luck
tough cotton fabric is the best a heavy duty canvas water proofed would repel most things
