Which kitchen/bath layout is best for your average renter of this 1 1/2 bedroom rental unit?

The kitchen and bath spaces are co-dependent and my considerations are
simply size and accessibility of each.

Answers:
i like the top left configuration, gives the feeling of more space in the bathroom with the toilet, sink and tub separated like that and you don't see the toilet from the hallway! prospective tenants will notice that type of thing and appreciate your efforts.
but i ask the same question, how do you have a half bedroom?

I like #3.

Plus, I would be really curious as to how you have 1 1/2 bedrooms??
The right row, last option has the plumbing in the same wall (if you flip the tub), which is easier to construct, therefore cheaper. Aesthetically, it is nicer to see the sink area from the open (access) door than the toilet.
Number 4. I like the flow of the kitchen in this one, with the fridge even with the counter/cabinets. The bathroom is a standard bathroom format.
