Moving to a new flat. it is painted cream with white woodwork + laminate floor. how do i improve it?
Question:it looks a bit clinical, soul-less. is it possible to make the place look a bit more individualised? any ideas?

Try repainting is some colors that make you feel good. Accent walls are big now. Pastels seem to be out but the best thing to do is make it feel comfortable for you. If you are renting - do not spend any money on the Flat.
Instead you should start collecting Art Prints and/or Posters and you hang those to create an individual ambience.
