I've done some improvements to my house in the past year. i live in marlborough, ma. will this increase value?
Question:new bathroom remodel
added full bathroom with tub in basement
new kitchen remodel, stainless appliances
new windows throughout the house
new brick walkway and granite steps
new paint throughout
Answers:
Adding a bath in basement adds more than 10,000
remodeling old bath average return on investment 10,000
Kitchen remodel depending on how bad it was may add up to 15 to 20 thousand
New windows are a little harder to sell. But, old leaky windows make bad impression so there's definately value "NOT subtracted"
Walkway and granite steps make great first impression and therefore are great asset. Actual added value hard to say but first impressions are so important

Sounds to me like you put money in the right places.
The improvements will definitely raise the value of your home, but not when it comes to painting throughout. It'll make the home look really attractive, but won't increase its value.
I used to live in N.H., not far from you. What a great place to live.
Heres an amazing website with calculators on your home www.zillow.com
Sounds like it. Stainless appliances do not add value to the house (according to The Real Deal on TLC) adding a full bath sure will.
