Question:i have a home, built in 94, and were looking to remodel the windows in the bedroom and in the dining room, we are looking to shrink the windows from 30 inches to 24 or 28. is that up to code? for oregon?

yuk- keep the light and keep it large- how about a set of french doors instead? Think resale value.
