All around your room, put a small railing (painted) and add a painting of the eiffel tower.
Red and tan look great as a starting theme. Tan walls and red as your bedspread color and other major accents works well. Include pictures of purses, shoes, a fashionable dresses (France is big on shopping and fashion!!) . Black distressed picture frames and other accents in the room are great, too. Photographs of paris are good. A little seat with a red cushion and black frame really pops out.
