If it has been plastered you will have to wait untill it as completely dried out.If it is has only been skimmed around 6
weeks if weather is hot it should dry a lot quicker.Good Luck
one or two days if plastered but dont use oil based paints seal it with emulsion first or the alkali in the plaster will react with the oil in the paint
if its just paint you can paint again straight away if been plastered wait day or to make sure you seal it before u paint

well you could paint it as soon as you like as long as you've got all your furnicher in the place that you want after that buy some paint and don't forget to cover up every thing
