Ive just papered my ceiling can i paint it straight away?

give it couple of days to allow the paste to dry. if you paint on wet paste the paint just slips over it!
give it a day to dry out completely
allow at least 24 to 48 hours before painting length of time would depend on the paper itself ie if was lining paper 24 hours if its anaglipta 48 hours
Might be safer to give the paste a while to dry, you don't want all your hard work to go to waste if it starts coming off if you paint it too soon.
i would leave it a couple of days to mack sure it was dry or the wet paint might make it peel off
Hi,wait untill it is dry otherwise the paper will bubble & possibly fall off.
