At last someone that's got the same idea as me, i never iron anything unless it really really needs it. then it gets done before its worn.that way the kids have to do their own. yay.xx

i am one of these people and i am forever yelling at my kids for trashing it ... i haqve to iron this way as i can never decide on what to wear and i change numerous times during the day

Good point. I agree. Iron when needed or iron and put on coat hangers till yo need it.
I have solved this problem!I now iron everything and hang it on a hanger and put it on a tripod hanger in the conservatory to air.My kids now know all thier clothes are going to be there and it never ends up on the floor.I also bought a hanger for all their underwear which means I never have to put any of it away.
Trouble is I do run out of hangers...
I have to say what I really don't get about ironing, is people who iron their dusters and dishcloths (like my husband's aunt). What a phenomenal waste of time. I am also an iron as you need it type of person.

I do iron clothes. With many items of clothing I hang them on coat hangers before folding them. also most of my clothes come out the machine with very little creases. just put them on a program , easy iron, lot less trouble
I don't know, my dad does the ironing all the time. for some reason he loves it. I only iron when I go do something important.

im the odd one out coz I find ironing relaxing, when im listening to music or watching a good movie love to get through that pile of crinkled stuff, i dont iron, pillowcases, dusters underwear not that sad
