You buy it at Genes Glass or Lee and Cates. If you have a Home Depot near by you can buy it there if you have some money.
Lowe's carries it fairly cheap.
Home Depot or Lowe's
I mine from B&Q not too expensive either
Some glass replacement shops can special order some for you. You could call Lowes, Home Depot or any local window company and they will gladly assist you. I've always wanted to buy the kind that you can see out but people on the outside can't see inside. The casinos have that kind of film or perhaps that how the glass panes are made. The only thing with that kind of window is that when it gets dark outside and the interior lights are on, people can see you but you can't see them. Anyhoo, the window people can give you all the particulars you need to know about. Good luck.
Any large supplier of solar film.or you could try http://www.windowfilmfactory.com/...
They do residential made to measure stuff
Hope That Helps
B&Q or you can have a go at your own frosted design, white paint on a scrumpled up kitchen roll very light paint not loads and dab all over the glass masking off the pattern you want if done lightly enough, and even enough it looks frosted,
Wilkinson's have some on a roll,
