no you can't...not only do you need a diamond blade but you need to use a special saw designed for cutting rock which uses water to cool the blade..you can rent these btw..
a scroll saw is only made to handle 1/2" or less wood and they do not have a strong enough blade to do the work...
Not unless it has a diamond blade. You can buy hand saws to cut it but it'll take a lot of elbow grease. You can also "cut" curves with a grinder & a diamond blade.
