Probably it has a blown fuse (inside the microwave). Google your microwaves manufactuer and they might have a trouble shooting guide online if you don't have the paperwork from original purchase.

Try unplugging it...maybe this will reset it!
try setting the clock (??) I've had some appliances that won't work at all until the clock is set.
