I want to lay some self adhesive Lino tiles on my wooden floor but there is slight hollow in it what infill?

Question:What can i use to fill in the hollow that is semi flexable

Answers:
There is a liquid rubber that gets semi hard after awhile . It may be kinda hard to find but it may do the job .

Go to a local flooring company, and ask to buy some latex levelling compound. They will know what you mean.

Be warned, it stinks bad! Open all the windows!!
i used poly filler and sanded it flush to the floor worked ok as long as you wait till its rock hard, or there is that stuff you pour onto a uneven floor and it levels the floor out filling in all the holes and that you can get it in diy shops its a liquid that sets hard, to level floors
uni fix floor glue (make sure it says for wooden floors)
i had the same problem
also adhesive Lino tiles only work on concrete floor so you need the glue as they lift up very easy
i found out the hard way laying them in the bath room on a wooden floor
Lowes and Home Depot have several products out there for this application. I have used many of them. Depending on the severity of the cracks would determine which product to use. Something small you could use "Rock hard putty" an old timers patch. Something larger you will need a self leveling type mix located in the ceramic tile areas of both Lowes and Depot. These products are water base and have little or no odor. "Safe" and simple to use. Heck if I can do it,,, you can!! Prices range from 5 bucks to 50. Prep work will detrermine the results of the finish. Dot your I's and cross your T's.
