Does anyone have an ultrasuede couch? Does it wear well?
Question:I am going to have my family room sofa reupholstered. It gets the most wear of any furniture I own, so I want something that will hold up well. I don't have any pets, but do have a lot of company. My family room is traditional style--with a brick fireplace and hunt scene prints. Does anyone have a couch or chair upholstered in ultra suede fabric? Do you like it?

love it! had it for 4 yrs. now in a taupe color.. easy to clean and still look like new. have a dog and plenty of family gathering at my house. just make sure it is good quality and treated with 3M or you can treat it yourself easily found in store. you won't regret it.
My friend has an ultra suede couch - it wears pretty well, but it shows EVERY little mark. When someone sits on it and then gets up you can even see outlines of the pockets of their jeans on the fabric. Because of the nap of the fabric, it shows every little touch! Personally, it would drive me crazy!
