What are the 'in' colors for this Summer and this coming Fall?

Question:I'm painting my new house and want to be chic.

Answers:
Based on the magazines I'm getting, neutrals still seem to be popular. Chocolate brown, black, beige, orangey-reds, pale yellows, greens with yellow tones.
