Can I build a new driveway in front of my home if it didn't already have one?
Question:I am buying a new home in Brooklyn, New York. It is a 2 stories building with basement. And the house does not have an existing driveway. I would like to build a driveway, and I know there is enough space from the sidewalk to my house. However, is it possible to do such thing in Brooklyn? It is possible to obtain such permit from DOB? HOW?
