How much?..?

Question:how much do double wide mobile homes go for? like what are the usual rates?

I live in northern MN and lately I've noticed that houses like manufactured houses and double wide mobile homes are starting to sell for as much as a regular home. My sis-in-law was just looking into a manufactured home, which was basically a double wide mobile home. It was an eat-in-kitchen, living room, laundry/utility room, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths all on one level. It was really nice and inside you couldn't tell it wasn't just a "regular" house. But the price of the home was $125,000. Then you have to buy land to put it on and pour a foundation and all of that. So w/everything said and done they were looking at about $200,000.
