Answers:
put white vinegar in a spray bottle use that

Bleach
You could try Dettox Antibacterial Mould & Mildew Remover. I think you can only use it on tiles though. It stinks or chlorine but it has worked on our tiles.
Bleach will kill the mold but if you also have mineral deposits you will need to use some cleaner for that too(don't try to mix cleaners).Do the bleach first, rinse well and then attack the rust or minerals with a product made for that purpose.
In a spray bottle put some Clorox and spray around the walls. Wipe all the walls with a clean towel. You need to wear plastic gloves because Clorox can be very rough on your hands. Do not use a combination of Clorox and Pine Sol because of fumes.
Use bleach, preferably thick kind, an old toothbrush is good for the grouting. For a "green" solution, try steam cleaning.
whatever u use...( which i go 4 bleach & leave it sit for a bit then respray) ..make sure u open windows or u'll inhale the fumes from the bleach or cleaner. They r very pouten.
The only way to remove mold or mildew is to use bleach. Use 2 parts water to 1 part bleach and wash the walls. Once you can't see the mold anymore, wash it one more time to kill any spores. Rinse with hot water.

When you do this, wear rubber gloves so as not to burn your skin and make sure you either open the window or turn on the fan to remove any harmful fumes.

To make sure the mold and mildew stays gone, put this mixture in a spray bottle and spray the walls after each shower.

Bleach is the only real killer for mold and mildew. Any commercial products will be made from bleach. But they'll cost more and won't be more effective.
Elbow grease or else move to a new house...
Tilex has woeked fairly well for me. Spray it on and let it saok for a while then scrup with a stiff brush. Rinse.
Use bleach
Buy some HG mould spray from an independant hardware or plumbers merchant (they will not supply the sheds) spray on leave for 5 mins and wash off. This also contains an inhibitor to help prevent the mould from returning, but i think you must have a problem here with ventillation - if you don't have an extractor then leave a window open after bathing or showering or buy a squeegee blade and wipe down the tiles after use.
Make a solution of 2 cups of Clorox bleach, hot water and some liquid Palmolive dish soap. Mix together and using a stiff brush purchased in Ace Hardware or The Home Depot, scrub down sections. Let it sit for a while, making sure bathroom is well ventilated. Then scrub...and then wipe down with a wet clean terry cloth rag. Wipe well. Then do another section till every wall is done. All mould will be removed. If you do not have a window, that may be the reason you get mould all the time.
You can also try a fresh coat of mould resistant paint, readily available from any DIY store. I used it and it staved it off a treat.
