What colour curtain should i have?
Question:i bought this bed linen set from ikea-http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/produc... it looks very busy but in real life it stunning (well i like it) what colour curtains should i go for? I know its quite bold so obviously the curtains will be one colour, shoul i go neutral or bold green? im 14, so it can be bright and bold.

Firstly I love the Linen it FAB!! Because your a teen you could have another bold statment (eg.using bold curtains) I would go for white curtains with green flowers on them! Or you could go with lime green or dark green!!!!

..I would go the same colour green on your bedspread...just that solid colour.
The only way to truly match any color in your set is to take a pillowcase shopping with you, and walk the curtain outside to see the match in the sun. Lighting changes color. If you don't need privacy from your curtain, I would get a stark white sheer embroidered with tiny yellows and greens. If you need privacy, I would match carefully and get something billowy. In both cases, remember to buy three times the width of your window, to get the best billowy effect. Straight curtain panels would be okay, but for this print, I think a billow plays up the femininity of the print.
I like the bedcovering.
I would choose a Lime Green (same as the lighter green on your bedspread) - not the darker green.
Then, I would put green plants (with leaves the colour of the darker green on your bedlinen) in the room.
I would have white walls.

I would go with the darker green color, I think it would really set it off.
I think green or yellow would look great. Personally if it were me I'd go for a sheer white with white venetian blinds behind them. I once had a bed room with a similar syle bed set. The walls were yellow, the trim wood was white and I hung those plastic green roll up blinds. It was awesome, I was 16 years old at the time. It's a great color combination you have going there!
